Fastest: in the game

1. Open the game and tap the gear at the top right to open Settings.
2. Tap Account & cloud save → Open.
3. Tap Delete account twice.

Deletion happens at once.

Game not installed: by email

Email [email protected] with the subject "Layer Tycoon account deletion" and include one of:

• your friend code (e.g. ABCD-EFGH, shown in the Friends window),
• your account ID (shown at the bottom of Settings → Account & cloud save), or
• your transfer code (LT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

If you have none of these, tell us the device model you played on and roughly when; we will do our best to find the account. Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.

What is deleted

• your game account and the linked Google Play Games / Game Center identity,
• your cloud save (the copy of your progress),
• your transfer code,
• your friend code, the showcase your friends see, your friendships, requests, blocks and pending cheers/gifts.

What is kept

• The game on your device is not deleted; uninstall it to remove it.
• Crash reports (Sentry) are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically after at most 90 days.
• Ad data is processed by Google; see the privacy policy.

To stop cloud save without deleting the account, turn off Cloud save in Settings → Account & cloud save.

Oyun yüklü değilse: e-postayla

[email protected] adresine "Layer Tycoon hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve şunlardan birini yazın:

• Arkadaş kodunuz (örnek: ABCD-EFGH, Arkadaşlar penceresinde yazar),
• Hesap kimliğiniz (Ayarlar → Hesap ve bulut kaydı penceresinin altında yazar) veya
• Taşıma kodunuz (LT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

Bunların hiçbiri yoksa oyunu oynadığınız cihaz modelini ve yaklaşık tarihleri yazın; hesabı bulmak için elimizden geleni yaparız. Talebiniz 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve size e-postayla bildirilir.

Silinen veriler

• Oyun hesabınız ve bağlı Google Play Games / Game Center kimliği,
• bulut kaydınız (oyun ilerlemesinin kopyası),
• taşıma kodunuz,
• arkadaş kodunuz, arkadaşlarınızın gördüğü vitrin, arkadaşlıklarınız, istekleriniz, engellemeleriniz ve bekleyen alkış/hediyeler.

Saklanan veriler

• Cihazınızdaki oyun silinmez; silmek için oyunu kaldırın.
• Çökme raporları (Sentry) hesabınıza bağlı değildir ve en geç 90 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir.
• Reklam verileri Google tarafından işlenir; bkz. gizlilik politikası.

Hesabı silmeden yalnızca bulut kaydını durdurmak isterseniz Ayarlar → Hesap ve bulut kaydı'ndaki Bulut kaydı düğmesini kapatın.
